1. Acceptance; Binding Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or using the AkariCam website (the “Site”), you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue all access and use.
2. Definitions
“Operator” means the operator(s) of AkariCam. “Third-Party Content” means any stream, video, audio, imagery, text, metadata, advertisements, links, comments, or other content provided, hosted, or controlled by third parties. “Platforms” includes, without limitation, YouTube and any other streaming or hosting provider.
3. Nature of Service (Directory / Aggregator Only)
AkariCam provides a curated directory of links and embedded players that point to or render Third-Party Content. Operator does not host, upload, broadcast, produce, operate, or control any underlying stream and does not guarantee availability, legality, safety, accuracy, or suitability of any Third-Party Content. All Third-Party Content remains the property and responsibility of its respective owners and Platforms.
4. No Duty to Monitor; Discretionary Removal
Operator has no obligation to monitor Third-Party Content, user activity, or external websites for legality, safety, or compliance. However, Operator may remove, disable, re-rank, de-feature, or block access to any listing, link, or embed at any time and for any reason, including to comply with Platform rules, advertising policies, legal requests, or risk management.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Site; (b) attempt unauthorized access; (c) interfere with security, integrity, or availability; (d) scrape or automate access in a manner that degrades service; (e) use the Site in violation of any applicable law; or (f) bypass access controls or take actions that may expose Operator to compliance or legal risk.
6. Third-Party Services; Platform Terms Control
Your use of Third-Party Content is governed by the applicable Platform’s and/or stream owner’s terms, policies, and rules. Operator is not a party to such agreements and bears no responsibility for Platform conduct or decisions.
7. Disclaimers (No Warranties)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (I) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (II) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, STREAMS, ADS, LINKS, OR PLATFORM ACTIONS; (III) ANY EVENTS OR CONDUCT OCCURRING WITHIN OR AROUND A STREAM (INCLUDING POTENTIALLY UNLAWFUL OR HARMFUL ACTS); OR (IV) SECURITY INCIDENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OPERATOR’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $10 OR (B) THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS OPERATOR FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, JUDGMENTS, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR USE OF THE SITE; (B) YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS; (C) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS; OR (D) YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR PLATFORMS.
10. Termination; Enforcement
Operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice. Operator may investigate suspected violations and may cooperate with lawful requests by authorities where required.
11. Governing Law; Venue; Language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. The English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
12. Severability; Waiver; Assignment
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing. You may not assign your rights; Operator may assign freely.
Third-Party Streams, Embeds, and Responsibility
1. No Hosting; No Control
The Site may embed or link to streams hosted and delivered by Platforms and/or the original streaming entity. Operator does not host the stream and does not control content, camera placement, audio, events, participants, or any real-world activity shown in a stream.
2. Content Ownership and Accountability
Third-Party Content belongs to and is controlled by its respective owners and Platforms. Any allegations or issues relating to Third-Party Content (including legality, rights, permissions, or safety) must be directed to the applicable Platform and/or stream owner.
3. Reporting & Safety
If you believe a stream shows unlawful activity, dangerous conduct, or rights violations, you should report the content directly to the hosting Platform using the Platform’s reporting mechanisms. Operator may, but is not obligated to, remove or disable access to a listing.
4. Other Stream Formats (Future)
If the Site embeds or links to other streaming formats in the future (including .m3u8 / HLS or similar technologies), such streams remain Third-Party
Content, and responsibility remains solely with the stream owner/Platform.
Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Operator handles information when you access or use the Site. The Site generally does not require registration. Information may be collected automatically via standard web technologies and via third-party services (including advertising and embedded players).
2. Information We May Collect
- Device and usage data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer URL, and interactions.
- Cookies / local storage / similar technologies: used by the Site and by third parties for functionality, measurement, and advertising.
- Communications: if you contact Operator, we may receive the content of your message and any information you provide.
3. How We Use Information
Information may be used to operate the Site, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, measure performance, and serve/measure advertising. Where required by law, Operator will request consent for non-essential cookies.
4. Embedded Content (YouTube and Similar Platforms)
The Site may include embedded players provided by third parties. Those third parties may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction according to their own policies and settings. Operator does not control third-party data practices.

Operator retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate operational purposes such as security, fraud prevention, compliance, and dispute resolution, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law (e.g., access, deletion, objection). Because Operator typically does not maintain user accounts, fulfilling some requests may be limited (for example, logs tied only to IP addresses). Requests may be submitted using the contact details below.
Copyright / Takedown Policy
1. General
Operator respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid takedown requests. Because the Site primarily references or embeds Third-Party Content hosted elsewhere, the hosting Platform typically controls the underlying content and may be the most effective venue for enforcement.
2. How to Submit a Takedown Request
If you believe a page on this Site links to or embeds content that infringes your rights, send a written request including:
- Your full name and contact information (email is required).
- Identification of the protected work (or other right) you claim is infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on this Site that reference the content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
3. Operator Response
Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed request, Operator may remove or disable access to the referenced listing/embedding at Operator’s discretion. Operator may request additional information before taking action. Removal does not constitute an admission of liability.
4. Repeat Infringers
Operator may, in appropriate circumstances and in Operator’s sole discretion, restrict or remove access to listings associated with repeat infringement allegations.
